Studio 7651 will act as a headquarter space for our nonprofit, Giving Girlfriends, Inc., and double as a space for minority, female, entrepreneurs to grow their network and their business.


At Studio 7651, Girlfriends will have a place they can call home to network and socialize with others just like themself. This environment will be a place for members to develop, learn, and express themself by utilizing their craft. Their craft or business is unique to them and can vary from baking and creating to speaking and trading. Anything members believe is their gift, would be something we’d love for them to share with others.

Book Our Space

Studio 7651 is available by the hour, 7 days a week between 7:00 am and 1:00 am. The hourly fee covers the rental of the entire space. Studio 7651 requires that clients book at least one hour before guest arrival time and one hour after guest departure time to allow for vendor setup and cleanup.

Please Note: To secure your date, we will require a cleaning fee deposit of $125 and a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total rental fee in order to secure your date. The remainder will be due 15 days before your event. This means that even if you complete the rental agreement, and we do not have a paid invoice, you are not officially locked in. (Cleaning deposit must be paid as well.)


  • 50% of the cleaning deposit will be returned at the end of your rental if everything is cleaned and returned to its original condition.
  • All bookings include time for set-up and take down
  • Wifi and Bluetooth speaker access are included in your rental
  • You may bring in food & beverage, with approval, at no additional cost
  • All bookings are non-refundable—if you need to cancel, a credit will be issued. Credit must be used within one (1) year (365 days) of the original booking.
  • Parking is available in the front lot, as well as limited street parking
  • We accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal
  • Holiday bookings that fall on the weekend must book an “Unlimited” rental
  • We ask that you follow TABC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space and please keep all food and drinks inside Studio 7651.
  • Tours are offered by appointment only after completing the online intake form.

7651 Davis

Come visit us; we have studio! Our intimate space, 7651 Davis, is located just outside of Fort Worth. We host creatives, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Partner with us so we can help you host a small workshop, training, or networking mixer—you’ll love it! A portion of the proceeds to lease our space will help us fund Giving Girlfriends' local community events and projects.
